10, 100, 1000 combs: which one to choose?

Wood, plastic, metal… How to choose the best comb according to the material?

Certainly, a plastic comb has the advantage of being inexpensive and easily washable. On the other hand, however, it tends to electrify the hair, so it is absolutely not recommended for people with curly hair.

Conversely, a wooden comb is antistatic, suitable for any hair type, and respects the scalp.
The upkeep of a comb in natural wood must be, however, more accurate, because it tends to retain dirt hair or residues of cosmetic products. So you should clean it at least once a month with a mild shampoo diluted in water, and remember to never place it near a radiator or other heat sources.

The metal comb is strong and easy to wash. The main shrewdness is to avoid using it to distribute balms and masks for hair, because these products may create a chemical reaction with the metal itself.

The innovation lovers, finally, will surely appreciate a comb made of carbon fiber: antistatic, strong, resistant to chemicals and easily washable, it is a professional comb also suitable for your daily use at home.
